Half-day Afternoon Safari at Aquila Game Reserve from Cape Town

You will depart from Cape Town and head to Aquila Private Game Reserve, receiving a warm welcome upon your arrival. Right away, you will have some drinks served to you. After a delicious buffet lunch in South African style at noon, you will go on a traditional Big Five game drive, observing lion, leopard, black rhinoceros, African bush elephant and the African buffalo that can be spotted at the reserve. The safari will take from 2 to 3 hours, and you might also spot a giraffe, hippo, black wildebeest, Burchell’s zebra, springbok, gemsbok, steenbok, caracal, blesbok, bat eared fox, ostriches, klipspringer, duiker, graybuck, baboon, black backed jackal, eland and red hartebeest. You will be able to observe the marvelous Karoo surroundings, while being led by an experienced guide and listening to interesting stories and facts about the reserve and the encountered animals. Duration of the game drive and departure times will be approximate, depending on your interaction with the ranger and the sighting of animals.
