This full-day tour will take you to Aquila Private Game Reserve that is set in the pristine southern Karoo highlands, and you will go on safari and observe the Big Five game animals, including African bush elephant, black rhinoceros, lion, leopard and Cape buffalo. Originally used by big-game hunters, the term Big Five refers to the 5 animals in Africa that are most difficult to track on foot. Set against a backdrop of dramatic mountains, Aquila Private Game Reserve will introduce you to these majestic animals. You will depart from Cape Town and head to Aquila Private Game Reserve, receiving a warm welcome upon your arrival. Right away, you will have some drinks served to you. After a delicious buffet lunch in South African style at noon, you will go on a traditional Big Five game drive, observing lion, leopard, black rhinoceros, African bush elephant and the African buffalo that can be spotted at the reserve.
