Please note: Helicopter flights and itinerary are subject to weather conditions and pilot discretion. The weather forecast to determine the feasibility of the flight will be done on the day itself (15 minutes before flight) by the pilot. It is to be noted that weather conditions can change rapidly on the island. Capacity: The helicopters can accommodate up to four (4) passengers plus one (1) child under 2 years old per trip. Children under two (2) years fly free of charge. Children below twelve (12) years old must be accompanied by an adult. You will have to provide your personal information upon booking. The information includes: name, nationality, individual weight, no. of children / infant (if any), date of birth of children / infant.

Important: The weather forecast to determine the feasibility of the flight will be done on the day itself (15 min before flight) by the pilot. It is to be noted that weather conditions can change rapidly on the island. While guaranteeing the safety, the pilot reserves the entire responsibility and the right in deciding whether or not to maintain the flight in case of unfavourable weather conditions.

With an additional cost, arrangements can be made for you to benefit from a personalized welcome or a concierge service at the airport. If ever your flight has been delayed, we take the responsibility to adapt the helicopters take-off to your flights departure or arrival.

A 100% refund will be granted in case the flight is canceled more than 48 hours prior to departure.

A 50% refund will be granted in case the flight is canceled between 24 to 48 hours prior to departure.

No refund will be granted for a flight canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure or for a no show.

If the flight is canceled by the helicopter company due to the weather conditions or technical problems or unexpected restriction from the authorities, a full refund will be granted or a rescheduled booking can be arranged.
