You will receive freediving training from top specialists that are still active athletes, winners of international competitions and even holders of national and world records. Freediving is an activity that will have a positive impact on health, increase stamina, relieve you from stress and provide a mediational setting.If approached as a way to work out, it could be compared to active fitness classes, but freediving will have a gentler and safer effect on your body.The full course will consist of 14 hours of theory and practice, including 4 master classes, 2 hours of lectures and 1.5 hours of training in the water. You will also be provided with digital learning materials and the required equipment. After completing the course, you will receive an international electronic certificate and gain access to the global virtual community of freedivers, the platform of the training center ‘Community Molchanovs’.
