Immersing yourself in the natural and man-made beauty of the Douro Valley, you will set on a full-day tour, departing from Porto. Traveling in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, you will see picturesque landscapes far from the dust and crowds of the city center, as well as visit a local family winery to taste their best table wines. As you travel into the heart of the Douro Valley, you will get to a Port wine estate and learn about the production methods of different kinds of Port wine. After walking through the vineyards, you will be offered the estate’s wine for tasting. The tour will continue through the Douro Valley, featuring panoramic views of the unique scenery. You will make a stop at a local restaurant in the village of Pinhão and have a delicious traditional Portuguese meal. Also, you will get to Pinhão Railway Station, observing the Portuguese tiles that depict the beauty of the Douro Valley on the façade, and set on a 1-hour boat cruise before returning back to Porto.
