Donkey Ride in Aljezur

Located deep within the amazing Costa Vicentina, Algésur is divided into two halves by a small river, and each half of the city has its unique personality.

Here, we offer a wonderful family activity — guided donkey rides and hikes. This is undoubtedly the best adventure for the entire family: children up to 40 kg can ride on a donkey (under the watchful eye of their parents, who are welcome to lead the donkey). Interact with these gentle, sensitive creatures and enjoy the stunning countryside. Outside the hot season, we organize more extensive trips, including rides on pack animals. In each case, you are guaranteed an extraordinary encounter with nature.
