Your local home cook will invite you into their kitchen and reveal all recipes for their authentic Italian delicacies. While you wait for your culinarian to finish preparing one of the meals in front of you, you will begin your meal with a traditional Italian aperitivo consisting of prosecco and small bites. Some characteristic Florentine foods are Ribollita, Pappa al Pomodoro, Tortelli di Patate, Zuccotto, etc., so we won't leave you hungry!
