With our Pizza Making and Gelato Class, you will learn to make two of Italy's most iconic creations! Why spend time in Rome hunting down your perfect pizza or gelato when you can make both yourself? We'll gather in our 17th-century palazzo behind Piazza Navona or our new cooking school, a stone's throw from the Pantheon. We'll make you feel at home by serving local wine, prosecco, and snacks upon arrival. Then you'll learn to make Italian gelato and pizza in an elegant, historical setting.

We will start with preparing the dough, which will need some time. Then, you can prepare your pizza by choosing from various fresh ingredients — deliciously salty Italian prosciutto or wonderfully fruity black olives. Decide if you want to keep things simple with a "Bianca" without sauce or add a rich tomato sauce for a pizza "Rosso." During the Pizza and Gelato cooking class, you will also learn how to prepare a perfect gelato. The gelato shops in Rome are amongst the best ones in the world, and we will show you all the secrets that made the fortune of this beautiful dessert.
