We will begin with an in-depth visit to the local market, where you will learn about the origins, history, and traditions of tropical fruits, exotic flowers, unusual fish, and seasonal vegetables.

After the market, we will head to our restaurant, where you will be astonished by the magnificent view of the city. Our young, dynamic, and relaxed cooks await you for a delicious adventure! From a simple ceviche of local fish to the emblematic fish Espada with banana guacamole and "Espetada," skewered beef, the world of fusion cooking is demystified and made easy and fun in our culinary experience. You'll learn the basics and pick up a few hacks for your kitchen. Our culinary experiences end with a delicious meal and carefully selected Portuguese wines. We'll gather at our rooftop table with a great view to enjoy fantastic food and mingle with those who share the love of all things culinary.
