Itinerary:

The pick-up starts at 3:30 AM or Dar es Salaam at 04:00 AM.

Depart Zanzibar at 07:30 AM or Dar es Salaam at 08:00 AM with a flight to an Airstrip in Selous Game Reserve arrival at 09:15 AM pick up from Mtemere runway along Giraffes Impalas and other friends who are around the runway.

Selous is the wildest and most beautiful game reserve in Tanzania, lakes, river, and so many animals around the lakes the source of life. You will see wide range of Antelopes as Impala, Water buck, Eland, Kudu, Dikdik, and more, Giraffes, Zebra, Elephant, Crocodiles, Hippos, Pumba (warthog) Hyena, wild dogs, Leopards, Lions hundreds of species of birds all are around the Selous.

You will have 7-8 full hours of game drive and later your will be transferred back to the airstrip to catch your 4:30 PM flight that will take you back to Dar-es-salaam/Zanzibar the same day.

This is an outrageously good safari park and an essential component of any southern circuit itinerary. The park has a variety of vegetation zones, ranging from dense thickets to open wooded grassland.
