Enjoy this new experience of balsamic vinegar tasting, made wholly or partially from grape must in a family winery. The must is made from freshly pressed grapes together with the marc. A dense, unique product known and appreciated worldwide boasts an ancient history with an all-Italian flavor. Thanks to its versatility, each dish will be paired with one of this family winery's organic, biodynamic wines and Evo oils, and a few drops of their balsamic vinegar. The wine, Evo oil and balsamic vinegar tasting with Tuscan meal will start with the tour of Vernaccia vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano. The Tuscan meal includes 4 courses: a starter with traditional bruschetta and crostini, organic pasta with a sauce of the day, local cheeses, cold cuts from Casa Porciatti, and a delicious homemade cake. This option also includes a choice of at least four organic and biodynamic wines from Podere La Marronaia, such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi, 6 kinds of Evo oils, natural and flavored, and 3 kinds of balsamic vinegar. The family will explain to you how to pair each one with the served food.
