Glacier Lagoon Helicopter Expedition

From the air, the volcanic black sand beaches of South Iceland seem to stretch out forever. It really is a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Glancing at the extreme contrasts and diversity of Iceland’s unique landscape once meant a few days spent driving and hiking. The helicopter tour gives us a chance to see everything in the span of one day. You will have 3 landings during this expedition. You’ll spend 30- 45 minutes exploring Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and its luminous bright blue icebergs, some of which are more than 1000 years old. 

Highlights: Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, Vatnajökull Glacier, Fjallabak Region, Landmannalaugar Geothermal Area, Eyjafjallajökull Glacier Volcano, Fimmvörðuháls Craters, Fjallsárlón lagoon. 

Departure: daily (October-March). Includes: local pilot guide, helicopter flight.

Cancellation policy: Less than 2 weeks and more than 72 hours – 10%. Less than 72 hours and more than 24 hours – 50%. Less than 24 hours – 100%. Bookings are not accepted 48 hours prior to the desired date.
