Walking through the orchid park, you will plunge into the world of fabulous beauty and harmony. Orchids play a significant role in the region. In Singapore, the orchid is a symbol of the state, and is carefully and jealously protected by law. You will visit an orchard nursery, and there you will be able to come up, carefully touch, smell and take a picture with any specimen. Singaporeans take pride in the fact that all orchid care is done by hand. Your guide will also take you to a tropical fish farm with multiple outdoor ponds, filled with the redtail catfish, one of the largest freshwater fish in the world, koi and arowana. There, you will be able to closely examine and feed the fish.
