Gin Distilling School Experience

Each participant gets to make their own gin, from scratch using my mini cooper pot alembic stills. They get to choose their recipe, select the botanicals, operate the still, make the cuts, blend the distillate, measure the alcohol, bottle the final product and take it home with them.

Highlights: Ibiza, workshop, gin.

Departure: Saturday. Includes: full hierbas experience, hierbas tastings, make a 700ml bottle to take home, a personalised label just for you, local guide. The price is indicated for 4 people.
