Palermo Market Tour and Cooking Class

If you want to be a part of the crazy and chaotic Palermitan life, then you found your perfect experience. Ballarò, one of the oldest street markets, or another local market will welcome you together with your certified home cook. You will feel the scent of 'panelle' and 'sfinciuni' while walking down the narrow streets, and you will see all the delights of Sicily's fertile soils and glittering seas displayed. Your host will teach you how to select the best ingredients with the seasons. After the market tour, you'll return to your host's home to enjoy an Italian aperitivo and then start your hands-on cooking class and prepare 3 regional Italian recipes (starter, pasta and dessert). You'll also learn how to make the iconic bruschetta. At the end of the class, you will enjoy everything you've prepared with local wines.
