Have an experience you won't forget by seeing a winery that a family owns! Meet the Italian producers to try the wines and delicacies! During the first part of our vineyard tour, we will discuss the history of the family that owns the winery and the great wines made there. You will learn how to dry Amarone grapes in the traditional drying room known as the Appassimento. This room is located in the cellar.

You will get the opportunity to tour our country home as well as the cellar, which dates back to the 17th century and was used for the production and aging of wine. We will learn how to evaluate some of our good wines, such as Amarone, Ripasso, and Valpolicella, based on their color, fragrance, and flavor, and then we will try some of our fine wines. You'll relish our organic extra virgin olive oil and regional Monte Veronese and Soppressata Valpolicella cheeses (a kind of salami). We will be waiting here to say hello to you.
