As it is a private tour, here's the other itinerary options: 1) Sigiriya, Village Tour, Dambulla; 2) Sigiriya Rock, National Park; 3) Sigiriya Rock, Dambulla Cave; 4) Dambulla Cave, Pidurangala Rock.

You are picked up at 6.00 AM from your residence in Kandy to go straight away to the Lion Rock. You will visit the wonder of the world, which contains huge walls, water canals, security guard rooms, natural stoned arches, mirror stone and world-famous Sigiri paintings. It is an isolated rock of more than 200 m in height. You have to spend here more than two and a half hours.

Then your second destination is Dambulla cave temple, which is the largest and the best preserved cave temple in Sri Lanka. The caves were converted into a temple complex by king Walagamba during the 1st century. There are about 153 Buddha statues and murals, which cover 2100 square meters. You have to spend around one and half hours to cover the entire temple complex.

Final stop is Sri MuththuMari Amman (kovil) Hindu temple, which is the tallest and the most colorful Hindu temple of the country.
