On departing from Sorrento, we will make our way to Meta, traveling through the little villages of Sant'Agnello and Piano di Sorrento. After we finish the first tricky part of the tour in Meta, which is going uphill for five kilometers at a grade of four to five percent until we reach the small town of Colli di San Pietro, we will go downhill until we get Highway 163, which will take us to Amalfi.

After that, we will cycle through the winding lanes of the Amalfi Coast, going past the well-known villages of Praiano and Positano on the way to the Amalfi Cathedral. Along the route, for about two to three kilometers, we will find scenic roads with four to five percent grades that go uphill and then downhill.

We will ride 20 kilometers along the Amalfi Coast, taking in the striking Gulf of Salerno. After arriving in Amalfi, we will have a moment to rest and take in the sights of this picturesque town. Amalfi is considered one of Italy's most beautiful small towns, and every traveler should try to go there at least once.

After the tour, we will bike back to Sorrento using the same route. Our bike trip will take around 60 kilometers and end at Sorrento.
