There are two ways to get to Trchkan waterfall: on foot or by cross-country vehicle.

One of the most beautiful waterfalls in Armenia falls on the border of Shirak and Lori regions. Trchkan Waterfall, located on the Chichkhan River, the left tributary of the Pambak River, since 2008 is included in the list of natural monuments of the Republic of Armenia, and in 2011 a special protected area was established.
The beautiful waterfall, falling from a height of 23.5 meters, is the highest and most abundant waterfall in Armenia. Trchkan waterfall is also known as Chichkhabni waterfall or Trchkan water, while locals call it Chran.
