Among all the republics of the Soviet Union, Armenia seems to have managed to create the most powerful and distinctive school of architecture. We will talk about how it was formed in the first half of the XX century, but most of all we will focus on the Armenian modernism, that is, the architecture of 196-1980. We will talk about the main trends, names and buildings of this outstanding period.
