You’ve picked an excellent choice with an exclusive tour of Demre, Myra, and Kekova. Be ready and waiting at your hotel in Kaş as we will arrive at 8am to drive you to Demre. There’s also no need to rush down breakfast before you leave. It’s our job to make sure you are well-fed, with a delicious meal at Botanix Cafe and Bistro. Following this, we’ll make a move to Demre harbor so you can start your boat adventure together.

After breakfast, we’ll head to Demre harbor where the boat awaits you for the start of your trip to Kekova. Once the anchor is raised, away we go!

Discover the fascinating secrets of Kekova’s history on this unique adventure around the Sunken City. The ancient city of Dolchiste was flooded due to an earthquake in the 2nd century, and its resulting underwater ruins never fail to leave an impression.

Since this is a protected area, swimming is not permitted here, so what better way to explore the site than by cruising alongside the ruins on our glass-bottom boat, giving you the chance to capture unforgettable photos.

Soak up the sunshine at picture-perfect Aquarium Bay during a delightful swim break.

A hike up the hillside will give you magnificent views of the Kekova region. If you’d prefer to admire Simena Castle from down below, you can use your remaining time to take another dip in the gorgeous blue waters.

Our boat will drop anchor in Kaleköy port (ancient Simena) for one hour, giving you time to visit this small authentic village that’s home to castle ruins and a necropolis. Entrance fee: 1 euro

Time for a lunch and swim break at beautiful Esmeralda Bay where you can enjoy peace and tranquility during this fun journey.

Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of this area during a swim break in Burç Bay, where the water feels colder due to cold underwater natural springs!

Karemlik Bay 3 out of the 7 known sea turtle species can be found in the Mediterranean Sea. At Karemlik Bay, you’ll have the chance to look for these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. After your fascinating trip on the water, our boat will drop anchor in Demre port, where your tour continues with a visit to a nearby museum.

Gökkaya Bay We’ll stop to swim in Gökkaya Bay, where you can experience the natural beauty of the area and opt to participate in one of the various exciting water sports on offer.

There is plenty of time to explore the two highlights of this stop: a Roman-style theater (the largest in Lycia!) and eerie rock-cut tombs carved into the cliffs above.

Our tour continues with the Santa Claus Museum in Demre town center. Originally built in 520 A.D., this interesting archeological building started its operation as a church, built in memory of St. Nicholas of Myra, a 4th-century patron saint. Here you can explore the remains of this former church, taking yourself back in time to when the ancient city of Myra still existed.

Discover this intriguing naturally-formed cave, which is renowned for its large size and curved entrance.

Your chance to discover Demre’s most famous archeological site! A true step back in history as you observe some of Myra’s most significant ancient ruins dating as far back as the 5th century B.C.

From the visitor reception area, you will find walking paths leading you past the Andriake ruins. The last point on the path is a 2nd-century ancient granary, which has been converted into the Museum of Lycian Civilizations. Here you will find artifacts from nearby Lycian cities which have survived the years, and tell you more about the ancient history of the region.

After a truly memorable trip discovering Kekova and Demre, a private transfer will bring you back to your hotel in Kaş, leaving you to relax and absorb your experiences of the day.
