Indonesian Cheese Tasting and Pairing in Denpasar
This is a unique experience in Bali, flavourful and interactive! You will be tasting and pairing Indonesian artisan cheese with snacks and learning about Indonesian cheese history. We produce natural Indonesian cheese made from farm fresh ingredients without preservatives and colorings. Our aim is to create specialty cheese with a unique twist on local flavor, developed to suit the local and international taste. We will make an introduction of Indonesian cheese (history, type and trend) followed by the basic cheese pairing knowledge. There will be three different types of cheese. We will taste them and pair them with 3 different pairing menus: fruits, chocolate or tea (upon request). You will be able to discuss the difference in taste, texture and aroma. You can also take some photos in our beautiful Balinese garden.
