Gin Distilling School Experience in Ibiza, Spain
We will demonstrate how to make gin from start to finish. Each participant gets to make their own gin, from scratch using my mini cooper pot alembic stills. They get to choose their recipe, select the botanicals, operate the still, make the cuts, blend the distillate, measure the alcohol, bottle the final product and take it home with them.
