Amarone Wine Tour and Tasting in Pedemonte, Italy

This is a guided tour of the vineyards, grape-drying room, fermentation and aging of the wines (barrels, barriques and concrete tanks rooms) with wine and food tasting. The journey to discover Farina will begin in the vineyard, in the fascinating setting of Valpolicella Classica, it will explore the traditional practice of grapes drying in fruit cellars, it will make you experience the art of making wine in the cellar and the wisdom of its aging in barrels, barriques and in the new suggestive concrete amphorae.
