Lobster Menu
• smoked salmon and lobster medallion with a traditional side dish (capers, egg, onion, cucumber, dill, honey mustard sauce);
• BBQ grilled lobster with garlic-lemon butter, fried potatoes and vegetables, served mixed salad and lime dressing;
• pear and almond cream, a tart, exotic fruit compote for dessert.
Surf and Turf Menu
• buffalo mozzarella and tomato with mixed greens, balsamic sauce, basil pesto;
• BBQ: grilled beef fillet and a half of a lobster with green pepper corn sauce, herb potatoes and vegetables;
• chocolate fudge cake with semi-sweet chocolate ganache, coffee sauce and fruit tartare for dessert.
Seafood Menu
• tuna tataki on a bed of crunchy vegetables, wasabi mayonnaise and melon salad;
• BBQ: grilled seafood dish with half lobster, skewered shrimp, squid, mussels, parsley and potatoes, lemon beurre blanc;
• chamarel vanilla, creme brulee with rice flakes, fruit tartar, mango sorbet for dessert.
Beef Menu
• grilled thai beef with a mixture of greens, cucumber, carrots, herbs and tamarind dressing, sprinkled with rice powder;
• BBQ: grilled beef tenderloin with green pepper corn sauce, herbs potatoes and vegetables;
• Philadelphia cheesecake with passion fruit and berry compote for dessert.
Vegetarian Menu
• mixed salad with balsamic dressing, goat cheese croutons;
