Learn how to identify the trees truffles grow under, the optimal habitat for their growth, and how to prepare and store them. Meet your certified guides, travel to the closest truffle region, and then immerse yourself in this extraordinary and thrilling experience with the help of our fluffy friends, who have been trained to hunt seasoned truffles!

After a successful hunt, we'll head back to the family winery for lunch with freshly-gathered truffles, followed by a tasting of 4–5 organic & biodynamic wines and six extra virgin olive oils. We'll also stop by the Vernaccia vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano. Our truffle meal will include mixed bruschetta with fresh truffles and truffle creams, organic pasta with fresh truffles, smoked beef with truffle Evo oil, or eggs with fresh truffles, and a dessert of the day.
