In this 2-hour hands-on program, you will have the opportunity to learn the interesting aspects of cocoa and chocolate, their origins and history, participating in all production processes, from fruit picking, drying and grinding seeds, as well as the development of the traditional drink of our ancestors and, of course, the enjoyment of high quality organic chocolate.
