Please note: Please bring your socks if you come barefoot. We can offer new socks in pay. For the cooking classes, please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions and allergies, or any situation requiring special care. Mnimum booking is for 2 persons.

No need for special tools like those in Japanese dumplings shops. If you bake it in a frying pan, you can make a gorgeous "dumpling cake"!

Everyone can have fun eating. Why don't you learn easy dumplings made with AYA's original recipe? Materials and making methods are very simple. You can also choose not to add garlic. We also have vegetarian recipe. For vegan and vegetarians, please contact us in advance. Aya will teach using soybean meat. Also I will teach you using cabbage and Chinese cabbage for those who are not good at Chinese chives.
