We will demonstrate how to make Ibiza liqueur from start to finish. Undoubtedly a favourite being so unique to Ibiza, and a great way for a group of people to spend a afternoon making their own version of Ibiza’s most iconic liqueur. The workshop explores how this important Ibiza icon journeyed through the island’s culture and history and, with your senses stimulated by the sight, fragrance and taste of each ingredient, you are guided through making your very own blend to take home.
